In order to process certain transactions, including withdrawals, hotpk or a referenced Operator may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Failure to complete KYC verification as required may result in transaction delays or account restrictions.
Users of the Platform agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:
hotpk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where a User is found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

hotpk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate a User's Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, in the event that the User is found to have breached any provision of these Terms or engaged in any conduct that hotpk determines to be harmful to the Platform, its Users or its reputation.
Upon termination, all licences granted under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, disclaimers and governing law — shall continue to apply following termination.
Users who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting hotpk at the email address set out in Section 17 below.
hotpk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users in advance.
Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. hotpk operates this Platform internationally and makes no representation that Content or services are appropriate or available in any particular jurisdiction.
